CALIFORNIA - NASA, the space agency of the United States will announce a major findings related to Mars or the red planet. NASA announcement is planned on 28 September 2015.
Reported Shortlist, Saturday (09/26/2015), NASA will announce major findings related to the presence of water on Mars. Some experts who will reveal the findings include Jim Green, Director of Planetary Science, Lujendra Ojha from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Michael Meyer, chief scientist for the Mars Exploration Program, Mary Beth Wilhelm of NASA Ames Research Center and Alfred McEwen, principal investigator for High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment.
In 2011, Ojha and McEwen reported in the flow of the warm season, the pattern of dark sand on Mars observed, grown from early spring to mid-summer on Mars. The report shows the flow of salt water, although further evidence is needed.
Ojha and McEwen will be present at the conference which was held on Monday along with experts or other scientists. They believe that there is a flow of salt water which causes the displacement of sand.
In April 2015, NASA reported finding water on the red planet. Although not found the real form of water such as a river or the ocean, NASA reported finding material liquid that solidifies in the form of permafrost.
US space agency was found that the soil on Mars contain salt water. Basically, brine found on the Red Planet is an actual H2O may not be able to exist in the Martian soil because of the cold temperature.
Although the water found on Mars mentioned may prove alien life, but scientists are still unsure of the matter. It is due to the environmental conditions of Mars are very salty so do not allow any creature to life.
Moreover, high levels of radiation as well as very cold air is able to lead to hardening of the arteries. Although the chances are very small creatures could survive on Mars, there was a possibility of the existence of other life on the Red Planet.
